Emergency contact person

Each club overnight trip is allocated an emergency contact person for family and flatmates etc. The contact person holds the details of each group’s intentions and a list of people on the trip. Family and flatmates etc. should contact the emergency contact person if they feel concerned when a club trip or party is overdue.

Trip leaders must call the contact person when an overdue party is out, and send a courtesy text or call after the trip when everything runs as planned.
