Fitness Levels

Club trips are typically scheduled to cater for a range of fitness levels. Individuals need to select the most suitable grade to match their needs, pace, terrain and trip duration. We recommend you talk with your trip leader to confirm the trip you want to do suits your level of fitness. Use the table below as a guide.
