Further to my previous post, the Aussie explorer John Muir is giving his talk on Tuesday 31 Aug 7-9pm.

Venue = MacLaurin Lecture Theatre (MCLT 102) Vic Uni, Kelburn Camus

Cost = $15 for NZAC members otherwise $20 tickets on sale at Bivouac or NZAC club nites.

John climbs mountains, treks through the Aussie desert, kayaks etc. Should be a good talk.
